1. Contest Period:

End Date: Saturday, December 23rd, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time)

Winner Selection & Verification: Sunday, December 24th – Tuesday, December 26th, 2025

Winner Announcement: Wednesday, December 27th, 2025

2. Eligibility:

This Contest is open to legal residents of the Denver Metro Area (including surrounding suburbs where K-Pup is available for delivery/retail purchase) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants must have a public Instagram account to participate. (See "Important Notes" regarding public profiles).

Employees of K-Pup, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Prizes (Total 3 Winners):

Voucher for 2 free K-Pup treats on your next in-store purchase at Hero's Pets or Good Boy Jacks.

Voucher for a Free Bath at Good Boy Jacks (redeemable only at Good Boy Jacks).

Runner-Up Prizes (2 Winners): "K-Pup Holiday Treat Box!"

Shipping Note: K-Pup will cover the shipping cost for prize packages (shelf-stable treats/toys and vouchers) to all confirmed winners within the Denver metro area.

Voucher Redemption: K-Pup treat vouchers are redeemable at Hero's Pets (@herospets) or Good Boy Jacks (@goodboyjacksco). The $30 gift card for Hero's Pets (redeemable only at Hero's Pets). The Free Bath voucher is redeemable exclusively at Good Boy Jacks (@goodboyjacksco). Specific redemption instructions will be provided to winners.

4. How to Enter:

You can earn entries via Instagram during the Contest Period.

Primary Entry (Required):

Follow: You must be following @kpup_dogtreats on Instagram.

Purchase & Post: Purchase any K-Pup treat (from Uber Eats, DoorDash, Hero's Pets, or Good Boy Jacks).

Create & Share: Post a photo or short video on your public Instagram feed featuring your pup with their K-Pup treats, along with a simple holiday wishlist that explicitly includes K-Pup Treats!

Tag & Hashtag (on Instagram): In your post caption, you MUST tag @kpup_dogtreats and the Instagram account of the retailer where you purchased the treat (@herospets, @goodboyjacksco, UberEats or DoorDash). You MUST also use the hashtag #KPupWishList. (If purchased via Uber Eats or DoorDash, only tagging @kpup_dogtreats and #KPupWishList is required.)

(Each unique, valid post counts as one (1) entry).

Bonus Entry (Optional - Max 1 per person):

Tag Friends: Get one (1) bonus entry by tagging five (5) unique friends in a separate comment on K-Pup's official contest announcement post on Instagram. (You can only do this once).

Important Notes:

Your Instagram profile must be public during the contest period and until winners are announced for your entry to be visible and valid. This allows us to see and verify your entry.

Entries that do not meet all criteria will be disqualified.

Automated entries are prohibited.

By submitting an entry, you grant K-Pup permission to re-share your submitted Instagram posts (photos/videos) across K-Pup's social media channels, website, and other marketing materials for promotional purposes.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

Consolidated Pool: All valid entries (primary posts + bonus comments) will be combined into a master list.

Random Draw: Winners will be selected via a random drawing from this consolidated entry pool.

Notification: Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official @kpup_dogtreats account on December 27th, 2025.

Verification: To confirm eligibility, potential winners must respond to the DM within 48 hours and provide valid proof of K-Pup purchase (e.g., a photo of a receipt, order confirmation from Uber Eats/DoorDash).

Disqualification: If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot provide valid proof of purchase, or is otherwise found ineligible, an alternate winner will be drawn.

6. General Conditions & Release:

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of K-Pup.

K-Pup reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Uber Eats, or DoorDash.
